1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
The Customer acknowledges having read these Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing an order and declares that they accept them without reservation.
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Onlyroots (onlyroots-reggae.com) and its Customers. Both parties agree to be bound by these Terms without restriction or reservation.
These Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any other conditions contained in any other document unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by Onlyroots.
2. Prices
Onlyroots reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is placed, subject to availability.
Products remain the property of Onlyroots until full payment has been received.
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes, excluding shipping and handling charges.
For online orders, the total amount shown in the order confirmation includes:
- the price of the products;
- handling and packaging charges;
- shipping costs.
For deliveries outside mainland France, the recipient of the order shall be regarded as the importer of the products.
For all products shipped outside the European Union and the French overseas territories, invoices will automatically be issued exclusive of VAT where applicable. Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or other governmental charges may be payable upon import.
Such charges are entirely the responsibility of the Customer, who is solely responsible for all declarations and payments required by the competent authorities. Customers are advised to check these requirements with their local customs authorities before placing an order.
3. Orders

Electronic order records and written order forms submitted by the Customer shall constitute proof of the nature, content and date of the order.
For online orders, Onlyroots will confirm acceptance of the order by email to the address provided by the Customer.
Onlyroots reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed by a Customer with whom there is an outstanding dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
4. Product Availability
In the event of temporary unavailability, Onlyroots reserves the right to extend the order processing time by up to ten (10) additional days.
If a product becomes permanently unavailable after an order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by email or telephone.
For payments made by bank transfer or cheque, reimbursement for unavailable items will be made, at Onlyroots' discretion, either by bank transfer or by cheque within fifteen (15) days of receipt of payment.
For payments made by credit or debit card, reimbursement will be credited to the Customer's bank account within fifteen (15) days of receipt of payment.
5. Delivery
Products will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer during the ordering process.
Onlyroots cannot be held responsible if an error in the delivery address supplied by the Customer prevents successful delivery.
Delivery times depend on the postal service. Delays in delivery shall not entitle the Customer to claim compensation or damages.
Deliveries within France are made by Colissimo, Chronopost or UPS.
International deliveries are made by La Poste, Chronopost or UPS.
In the event of visible damage or defects, the Customer is entitled to return the goods under the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
6. Payment
Payment may be made by:
- Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other accepted cards);
- Bank transfer.
7. Secure Payment
Our website uses secure encryption technology to protect payment information.
All online payments are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
Your card details are transmitted securely and are known only to our banking partner, Crédit Agricole Île-de-France.
An order shall only be deemed accepted once authorisation has been received from the banking payment provider.
If payment authorisation is refused, the order will automatically be cancelled and the Customer will be informed by email.
8. Returns and Refunds
The Customer has seven (7) days from receipt of the order to return any product that does not meet their expectations.
Refunds apply solely to the purchase price of the returned products.

Products returned incomplete, damaged, soiled or otherwise altered by the Customer will not be accepted for refund.

10. Liability
The products offered comply with current French legislation.
Onlyroots shall not be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country in which the products are delivered (for example where certain products are prohibited).
Customers are responsible for checking with their local authorities whether the products they intend to order may legally be imported or used in their country.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only.
Onlyroots shall not be held liable for failure to perform its contractual obligations in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to postal strikes, transport disruptions, communication failures, flooding, fire or any other event beyond its reasonable control.
For purchases made for professional purposes, Onlyroots shall not be liable for any indirect loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or any consequential financial loss.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute, the Customer agrees to contact Onlyroots first in order to seek an amicable solution.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law.
The original language of these Terms and Conditions is French.
Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
12. Personal Data
Onlyroots undertakes not to disclose any personal information provided by Customers to third parties.
Such information is treated as strictly confidential and is used solely for processing orders and improving the services, communications and product offers reserved for Onlyroots customers.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, Customers have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of their personal data.
