VAT, taxes and shipping
What is VAT?
VAT (Value Added Tax) is a consumption tax applied to goods and services in the European Union. When you shop as a consumer in the EU, VAT is normally included in the price you pay.
Before you enter your delivery address, the price displayed on our website includes French VAT at 20%.
Your delivery address is in:
→ European Union
Once you enter your delivery address, the VAT rate is automatically adjusted to the rate applicable in your delivery country. The final price may therefore be slightly higher or lower than the price initially displayed.
→ Outside the European Union
French VAT is removed when you enter your delivery address. You therefore pay the price excluding French VAT. Import taxes, customs duties or local charges may be collected separately when your order arrives in your country.
Shipping
Shipping costs depend on the destination and the selected carrier. You can estimate them in your cart before checkout and choose from the available carriers.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfer.
Are credit card payments secure?
Credit card payments are processed through Crédit Agricole's secure Up2Pay payment solution. Every payment uses 3D Secure, allowing your bank to verify your identity before authorizing the transaction.

What are our grading criteria for used vinyl (original press, rarities...) ?
Graduations between gradings such as VG+ or EX- will be used to add more detail.
M : Mint: Brand new condition, cover and any extra items are in perfect condition. Sealed or unplayed.
EX : Excellent: Some signs of having been played, but very little lessening in sound quality. Cover and packaging may have slight wear and/or creasing.
VG : Very Good: Obviously played many times but no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks or occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on cover and extra items, without major defects.
G : Good: Played so much that sound quality has noticeably deteriorated. Cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
(ex: EX / VG = Side A Excellent / Side B Very Good)
