The tracks on the LP represent a blisteringly deep collection of heavy reggae rhythms and synthesized grooves from a singular creative force, inspired as much from Jamaican sonics as from Libyan folkloric styles, as Ahmed says, “it’s the Libyan style, not some bullshit.”

In November of last year, Marcus I joined aDUBta at his Attic Roots Studio to work on and record the songs together.
The mixes and Dubs were mixed by aDUBta entirely analog and live on his Tascam 388 mixing console to give them the final touch.
